PDF, Word or text. We read it to learn your level, the functions you have actually run, your real achievements and your career arc.
Where does my CV go?
The text is stored on your own account so we can keep matching and writing against it. It is sent to our AI provider only at the moment you ask for something written — a draft, a resume, coaching. It is never pooled with other users, never used to train a model, and never shown to anyone else. Delete it whenever you like and the stored text goes with it.
2 · Your LinkedIn
Your profile URL, and optionally your About section pasted in. We never log into LinkedIn or fetch anything from it — you supply your own words.
3 · What you want next
Your CV says where you have been. This says where you are going — and it is what stops the feed showing you sideways moves and roles two levels out of reach.
